Deceleration ratio: Input speed ratio is the upper output speed.
Series: Number of sets of planetary gears. Since a set of planetary gears cannot meet a large gear ratio, two or three sets are sometimes required to meet the user's requirements for a larger gear ratio. Due to the increase in the number of planetary gears, the length of the secondary or three-speed reduction stage will increase and the efficiency will decrease.
Full load efficiency: refers to the transmission efficiency of the reducer under the maximum load condition (fault stop output torque).
Average life: refers to the continuous working time of the reducer under the rated load and the highest input speed.
Rated torque: A standard for reducers. At this value, the life of the reducer is the average life when the output speed is 100 rpm. Exceed this value
The average life of the reducer will decrease. When the output torque exceeds twice this value, the reducer malfunctions.
Lubrication method: no lubrication required. The reducer is fully sealed, so no grease is required for the entire service life.
Noise: The unit is decibel (dB). This value is measured at an input speed of 3000 rpm without load and one meter distance from the reducer.
Return gap: The output end is fixed, the input end rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, so that the output end produces a rated torque +-2% torque, the input end of the reducer has a slight angular displacement, which is the return gap. The unit is "minute", which is one-sixtieth of a degree. The return clearance values given in this specification refer to the output of the reducer.
