    1. Iron Core Reactor

    The serialized product research on 34 specifications of resin-cast dry-type iron core reactors and oil-immersed iron-core shunt reactors have been completed. The first 35kV 15000kvar dry-type iron-core shunt reactors with the maximum capacity developed autonomously has passed the product certification of China Electric Power Research Institute. The product is equipped with stable performance and low noise after being put into operation and its temperature rise is superior to the national standard.

    ● Product features of dry-type iron-core reactor:

    图片21.jpgThe dry-type product adopts the epoxy cast insulation system with no oil medium and excellent safety; the class of the coil for insulation and heat resistance is F, and the coil is casted into a solid entirety; the silicon sheet is taken as the magnetic conductance and the iron core is taken as the magnetic conductance return circuit for magnetic flow, which causes no electromagnetic pollution to the surroundings and is suitable for the indoor transformer substation of city use. The iron core post is casted into molding as a whole, which becomes a solid rigid body with small vibration and low noise during operation; it is also equipped with small volume, light weight and nice appearance.


    ● Product features of oil-immersed iron-core reactor:

    2. Arc Suppression Coil

    图片25.jpghe arc suppression coil is the single-phase reactor which is adjustable with electrical inductance. When it is under the multi-tap model, the capacity of the compensating current can be changed through the control of the inserted tapping point position with the on-load switch; and when it is under the tuning capacitor condition, the inductance current of the main winding can be adjusted through the change of the capacitance in the low-voltage winding of the arc suppression coil. The arc suppression coil is equipped with the secondary winding to be inserted into the damping resistance.

    When the single-phase ground fault takes place in the three-phase electrical power system, the inductance current will be generated in the arc suppression coil to offset the capacitance current caused by the ground capacitance of the line, eliminating the continuous arc of the fault point due to the existence of the capacitance current, avoiding the expansion of the fault scope and improving the safety and reliability of the power supply system. It is suitable to the isolated neutral system with the voltage class of 6~66kV nationwide and under 33kV abroad.


    3. Earthing Transformer

    图片27.jpgFor the power grid without the neutral point, the man-made neutral point can be provided by the Earthing Transformer for the power grid. The main winding of the Earthing Transformer adopts the “Z” connection mode with low zero-sequence impedance; it is generally equipped with the secondary (Low voltage) winding to provide power for the local auxiliary load. The rated capacity of the main winding is generally larger than the secondary one.

    The dry-type series adopts the epoxy cast insulation system with no oil medium and good safety. The class of integral insulation and heat resistance is F, and the coil is casted into a solid entirety. If is equipped with the secondary winding, to use the transformer in the substituting station can reduce the investment with small floor area, which is suitable for the city transformer substation. The oil-immersed type series can be used out of door which is equipped with a strong acclimatization ability.

    The Earthing Transformer is used to provide a ground neutral point for the three-phase power grid, which can be connected to the ground directly, through the arc suppression coil, through the small resistance and by the current-limiting reactor. It is suitable to the isolated neutral system with the voltage class of 6~66kV inland and under 33kV abroad.

    4. Complete Device of Automatic Following 

    图片29.jpgThe arc suppression coil, Earthing Transformer and complete device of automatic tracking line-selection is a new integrated intelligent device, gathering the capacitance current of the automatic real-time following and compensation power grid and the single-phase grounding line-selection as a whole. The device can automatically measure the capacitance current of the system in real-time during the normal operation of the system; the equipment will be automatically under the compensation condition when the system under single-phase grounding, and will output the inductive compensated current that is relative to the capacitance current of the system single-phase grounding between the neutral point and ground in the system to limit the grounding current and eliminate the ground arc; and the equipment will quit the compensation condition after the ground fault is eliminated.

    The error of the measurement accuracy on the capacitance current is less than ±2%; the compensating current in place: Reach 10µs; the voltage of the neutral point: Less than 5% of the phase voltage during normal operation; the accuracy rate of the line selection: 100%.
