    First, the conditions of use 

    The product is suitable for thin oil lubrication systems with lubricating medium viscosity of 22~460cSt (equivalent to ISO VG22~460): for example, vertical grinding hydrostatic oil film bearings and other mechanical lubrication with hydrostatic oil film bearings.

     

    If the two high pressure oil supply ports are combined into one oil supply port, and the two high pressure pumps are changed from one work to one use at the same time (in this case, the high pressure oil supply M is only one pump flow), the M can be used for the need. The high pressure pump continuously operates to float the rotating part (such as the vertical grinding rotor) to form the working condition of the oil raft.

     

    Static pressure lubrication relies on the static pressure of the oil to form a pressure oil film in the bearing. It is independent of the motion state and can maintain the liquid friction. a should pay attention to the large flow rate of the double pressure system. The inlet is connected to the outlet of the low pressure pump.     Second, the working principle 

    The working pressure in the high and low pressure system is determined by the relief valve or the safety valve. It is controlled by the pressure controller during operation to ensure the normal operation of the high and low pressure system.

     

    Before the oil station starts, when the oil temperature is low, the electric heater can first turn on the heating oil. When the temperature reaches a certain temperature, the low pressure pump is started, so that the lubricating oil is circulated in the system to the required temperature, and then supplied to the equipment for lubrication: when the low pressure is supplied After the oil pressure reaches the normal value, the pressure pump can be started, and the pressure oil is sent to the static pressure bearing oil chamber through the compensation device. It is controlled by the pressure controller and the host can be started when the pressure reaches the required value. After the host is stopped, the duration of the fuel supply system is controlled by the electric control cabinet. According to different sports characteristics, the oil supply mode after shutdown can be determined.

     

    During normal operation of the main engine, the supply pressure of the low-pressure system is controlled by the pressure controller. When it reaches a certain set value, the standby pump is automatically started and put into operation. After the working pressure of the low-pressure system reaches the normal value, the standby pump automatically stops, if it continues to descend to another When the value is not allowed, the pressure controller controls the host to stop and send an alarm signal.

     

    Platinum thermal resistance is installed on the fuel tank and the low-pressure fuel supply pipe, and the heater and the Lennon cooler are controlled, and the operation is started manually or automatically, and there is an alarm signal. The electric heater is sheathed to avoid carbonation on the surface of the heater. When replacing and repairing, it does not affect the normal operation of the main tank. The coarse and fine double-tube filters are all in one cylinder, one cylinder is reserved, and controlled by a differential pressure controller. Report, change the filter cartridge in the work tube without switching.

     

    The fuel tank is equipped with a liquid level controller to control the highest and lowest oil levels. When the oil level is high and low, the nickname is issued: When the oil level is low, the fuel tank must be refueled immediately to avoid the air pump sucking.

     

    Third, the structural characteristics 

    The high-pressure oil source of the thin oil station is provided by the low-pressure oil pipeline. The low-pressure working pressure of the thin oil station is 0.4MPa, and the high-pressure system is 31.5MPa. The working pressure and flow of the high-pressure system can be adjusted according to the working requirements of the static-pressure oil film bearing.

     

    The oil station consists of a fuel tank, a low pressure oil pump (two units, one for one), a high pressure oil pump (two units), a double cylinder coarse mesh filter, and a double cylinder fine oil filter (one or two). , tube-type oil cooler, (compensation device) and valves, pipelines, etc., the gas station is integrated.

     

    When the oil station is in normal operation, the low-pressure pump works one machine, one spare, and two high-pressure pumps work at the same time. According to the needs of different equipment, if the high-pressure continuous operation is combined into one outlet, the high-pressure pump can also be changed to one. Work in the station, one standby: the oil station has the functions of filtering, heating, cooling, interlocking, automatic control, alarm and so on.

     

    The device is composed of a thin oil lubrication station, an instrument panel and an electric control cabinet.

     

    The oil station has a high degree of automation, and there are two control modes of PLC and relay for selection. The PLC control type has DCS interface.
